I've also specialized in Non-Conforming Lending. These are out-of-the box loans that contain non-traditional lending parameters.
These loans are targeted to self-employed borrowers with hard to prove income. Purchase or refinance loans where repairs can be included into the final loans without using a 2nd mortgage or credit cards to pay for repairs.

- 12-24 months bank statements for income
- 1099 Income used for income to qualify
- Asset depletion used for income qualification
- DSCR, Debt Service Coverage Ratio loans for Rental Properties
- Purchase a home and roll in the repairs with one loan.
